Available to a Catholic archdiocese or diocese within the jurisdiction of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The (arch)diocese is represented by a director of ongoing formation, the chair of a committee for ongoing formation, or another individual with equivalent responsibilities. In the event that more than one individual shares this responsibility, up to three individuals can be listed as member representatives in the AOFP database.
Annual membership dues are set by the Board of Directors based on the total number of priests listed in the Official Catholic Directory. Regardless of its number of representatives, an (Arch)Diocese Member has one vote at the annual Business Meeting and in presidential elections.
