Director of the Office of Priestly Life and Ministry & Pastor, Diocese of Gary
Fr. Ross is a Hoosier, born and raised. He felt the call to the priesthood from a young age, and went to Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH where he participated in the "pre-theologate" program and earned his associates degree. He was accepted to study for his home diocese of Gary and went to Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary in Winona, MN and completed a philosophy degree. He was sent to Rome to study theology at the North American College and received his STB from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas, a.k.a. the "Angelicum". After being ordained a priest, he served as Associate Pastor at two parishes, St. Thomas More in Munster and St. Michael the Archangel in Schererville for a total of five years. Fr. Ross currently serves at St. Bridget Church in Hobart since 2017. He is also the Director for Priestly Life & Ministry for his diocese.
